This work has resulted in the release of version 2.0 of the Netik GSM solution’s Netik Container component, which purports to give users more control over their reference and market data in the managed services environment.

The London Stock Exchange’s agreement to acquire Sri Lankan trading platform specialist MillenniumIT – announced this month – will also give the exchange a replacement for its Infolect data dissemination system. Though the rationale behind the deal has largely been driven by the need to cut order-turnaround times on its core matching engine, MillenniumIT also brings data distribution expertise to the table.
