Kudos to Fidessa event organiser extraordinaire Sabrina Ghayour, who has organised a Haiti Earthquake ‘Food Lovers’ Charity Banquet at Le Bouchon Breton restaurant on February 8 in aid of Action Against Hunger (www.aahuk.org). Ghayour, a food nut who also writes for Foodepedia, has recruited a clutch of London’s top chefs to donate their time and talents free of charge in aid of the charity.
