Arcontech Combines Excel Add-In, Contributor Device

U.K. market data software house Arcontech has combined its two Excel spreadsheet applications to create a single product, Excelerator 2. The system combines Arcontech’s existing Excelerator programme, which allows users to take real-time data from multiple sources into a single spreadsheet, with its CityVision Excel Contributor. CVEC allows users to publish data from spreadsheets across any kind of network. It’s likely that Excelerator 2 was developed for one of Arcontech’s existing Excel suite clients, which include the U.K. Debt Management Office, Abbey National Treasury Services, Sporting Index and City Index, part of ICAP PLC.
