GBST Announces Intention to Acquire Coexis to Expand Global and Product Coverage

GBST, an Australian provider of securities transaction and fund administration software, has announced that it is in the process of acquiring Coexis, a global provider of software for capital markets. Sunil Shah, CEO of Coexis, explains that the vendors have been in discussion regarding the matter for three months and represents part of its expansion plan.
