Description

Our client is a leading exchange looking to hire someone into a sales leadership function based in London. The position would involve leading and building a small team of Business Development executives and also carrying an individual sales quota in a player/manager scenario.

• The successful applicant would have a successful track record of leading and building sales teams.
• You would also need a strong understanding of the electronic trading market particularly equities.
• You would be able to demonstrate evidence of consistently delivering against target within a competitive market.
