It’s that MiFID moment.

We first got word of an impending regulatory overhaul of our market-place a couple of years back when some strangers from the U.K. Financial Services Authority (FSA) gave a presentation at a trade show and warned - to the muted guffaws of the meagre audience - that one day, all financial institutions would be required to become market data vendors.
