Morgan Stanley has deployed OpTier’s CoreFirst so-called Business Transaction Management technology to monitor and improve service levels for part of its institutional fixed income electronic trading business. CoreFirst tracks transactions across multiple IT tiers and prioritises them so that customer-related activity is optimised.
