FIX Protocol Ltd. (FpL) will this month release version 5.0 of its Financial Information Exchange Protocol (FIX), enhancing support for a range of business imperatives, including algorithmic trading and Reg NMS, while also introducing a new technical approach to the delivery of FIX application-level messages.
