NYSE Euronext has indicated continued progress on its strategic initiatives and cost controls with the release of the exchange’s third quarter 2008 results, and revealed plans to launch NYSE Arca Europe, an MTF for trading the most active pan-European stocks, during the first quarter of 2009.
