Block trading platform Pipeline Financial Group has appointed Richard Gray as senior salesperson in Europe. He brings with him over 25 years experience in the capital markets arena specialising in trading of global equities, foreign exchange and derivatives for long only and hedge fund institutions.

Gray has held roles at Schroder Investment Management, Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking and Kleinwort Benson Investment Management. Most recently, at Millgate Capital, he was responsible for the development and integration of technology-based systems into order flow and has long been a driver for the deployment of new technology to the trading board.

He is also a recognised authority on transactional analysis and MiFID compliance and has worked on several industry bodies including the IMA trader panel, the LSE and Euronext London Institutional Investor Panel and the Deutsche Borse London Advisory Panel.
