Jon Robson’s office, on the 23rd floor of 3Xsq, overlooks a giant clock face, unfortunately invisible to the thousands of tourists swarming Times Square below. The clock – which resembles a huge cuckoo clock in appearance – chimes only once a day; at 7:45 p.m., to tell theatre-goers ’15 minutes ‘til show-time.’
