Strategic Thought Group, provider of enterprise risk management software Active Risk Manager (ARM), has expanded its global services portfolio. The new services, available globally, comprise risk advisory, ARM deployment, education and ARM technical services, all integrated with project management via an ongoing engagement plan.

The suite of services has been designed following customer feedback and reviews. The new services will enable Strategic Thought Group to provide a broader offering to support customers throughout the lifecycle of an enterprise risk management deployment by providing the full range of advisory and technical support, user training and long term planning expertise.

Our new services portfolio will enable us to provide the most cost effective robust and evidence-based risk management process ranging from project and programme risk through to full enterprise-wide implementations.”

As part of the STG services offering, experienced risk practitioners will work with customers to align ERM with their corporate structure, identifying gaps, benchmarking processes and assisting with change management programmes. Training needs will be identified and education programmes developed which will include both standard and organisation specific courses. Courses will be designed to suit the profiles of ARM users according to competency, knowledge and technical bias. Strategic Thought also offers an introduction to risk management, methodology and terminology.

ARM technical services include implementation, custom report development, portal services and infrastructure management. The team will work with customers to implement upgrades as well as providing regular system health checks. In addition experienced project managers ensure project milestones are met by means of an ongoing detailed engagement plan.
