About Insight Exchange

A-Team Insight Exchange combines A-Team’s expertise in financial markets IT with thought leadership from world-class technology innovators and practical experience from financial market practitioners.

The A-Team Insight Exchange day consists of a main conference track, consisting of a keynote presentation and a number of Insight sessions, running concurrently with two breakout Drill-Down tracks, each providing an opportunity for sponsors to directly engage with delegates to share their own wisdom through educational sessions.

See the Conference Program page for more information on the format and structure of the conference.

Alongside the Insight and Drill-Down sessions, a technology showcase exhibits area allows delegates to interact with sponsors and exhibitors providing technologies and solutions to meet the high performance challenges of the financial markets.

The main Insight conference track is for paid delegates and VIPs (invited by A-Team and sponsors) only. The Drill-Down breakout tracks and technology showcase exhibits are open to all registered delegates (registration for the technology showcase and drill-down sessions is free).

Why Insight? Insight sessions that make up the conference day include a presentation by an A-Team analyst, providing our own expert and independent viewpoint, plus a moderated panel to add current and practical perspective to topics. Panels may include up to two sponsor representatives, plus market participants invited by A-Team. An hour-long Insight session is typically comprised of: 15 minutes A-Team presentation, 30 minutes panel discussion, 15 minutes of audience Q&A.

Why Exchange? As well as Q&A time during the main conference Insight sessions and Drill-Down breakouts, there are opportunities to network during lunch and beverage breaks in the technology showcase the exhibits area. These events encourage the exchange of ideas, knowledge, experience and – most importantly – business.

A-Team encourages interest from potential sponsors for participation in the panel discussion element of Insight sessions. Sponsors might nominate their own executive thought leaders, or suggest customers or other market participants to contribute.

Drill-Down session topics are set by sponsors, and typically focus on a more focused subject, perhaps on a specialised application or technology solution. Drill-Downs are educational in nature, although formats will vary – from formal presentation to panel session. Q&A time will be incorporated.
