Mr. Adiletta has over 25 years of experience leading some of the most significant innovations in the Financial and Telecommunications industries; and is a recognized expert in global trading systems and large-scale software development.

Prior to his current role at TekFinancial, Mr. Adiletta was the CIO of Global Crossing responsible for consolidating the technology infrastructure of its global acquisitions and centralizing worldwide information systems and controls. Upon Global Crossing’s acquisitions of IX Net and IPC Mr. Adiletta was CTO for both organizations.

Prior to his positions with Global Crossing, Mr. Adiletta was president of the Capital Markets division of OptiMark Technologies, Inc., a leading innovator of trade order matching facilities for global securities markets and exchanges. He originally joined OptiMark as the CTO and developed three complete exchange systems at the Pacific Stock Exchange, NASDAQ, and the Osaka Stock Exchange.

Previously, Mr. Adiletta was President and COO of Market Vision, a leader in Electronic Trading Systems for Equity, Fixed Income, and Foreign Exchange as well as real-time middleware.

Bill Adiletta earned a bachelor’s degree. in physics from the University of Connecticut, and a master’s in physics from DePaul University in Chicago.

His team has developed and delivered solutions for e-Trading, Risk Analytics and Regulatory  Reporting and Compliance markets. Prior to his current position Sinan was VP of Risk Technology for the Americas at HSBC Corporate and Investment Bank. He has held positions in engineering and product management at Sybase (1993- 2005) and rejoined Sybase  in 2007. He started his career at Philips Research Laboratories and IBM Research Division.

Sinan holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Lehigh University and Columbia University and an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

Prior to Ingres, Roger was the chief technology officer and executive vice president of the New York Stock Exchange, where he led a global technology team of 2,000 colleagues through the most important business and technology transformation in the Exchange’s history: the shift to electronic trading. Under his leadership, the NYSE embraced open source solutions, maintained world-class reliability standards, and increased transaction volumes seven-fold.

Prior to the NYSE, Roger was president of listed equities for OptiMark Technologies, a developer of electronic trading technology that was adopted by more than 80 percent of the top 200 trading firms in the United States. He was also with IBM for 15 years where he held several leadership positions in engineering, sales, and business development. Most recently, he served as director of capital markets, IBM Banking, Finance and Securities, where he ran a $250 million business unit serving the needs of the Wall Street banking community.

Roger currently serves on the Board of Directors of MarketAxess (MKTX), which operates one of the leading platforms for the electronic trading of corporate bonds and other fixed-income securities. He holds an MBA. in finance from New York University and both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Physics from Oxford University. A former member of the IBM Advisory Board, Roger is recognized by Wall Street and technology innovators worldwide for his customer advocacy work and thought leadership.

Brennan has advised companies and served as an executive with both operating and strategic responsibility. He has worked closely with many leading venture capital and private equity firms, as an executive in portfolio companies, as an independent board member of portfolio companies, and in an independent advisory capacity.

Stephane was responsible for building a highly skilled product marketing organization overseeing product and market strategy, market validation, and positioning for all product lines. His team also developed the industry’s first institutional account aggregation service for investors and their advisors.

Prior to Advent, Stephane held senior management positions in the product marketing organizations of Walker Interactive Systems and Oracle Corporation. During the client/server computing wave, he led teams that developed and marketed financial applications in areas such as accounting and purchasing over multiple product releases touching hundreds of corporate customers.

Stephane holds a Master of Science in Management degree from M.I.T. Sloan School of Management and both M.S. and B.S. degrees in international management from the MBA Institute in Paris.

Saro Jahani has over 2O+ years of professional carrier in Information technology and a depth of technology experience in the securities industry, most recently as Global Head of Infrastructure, IT Operations and Facilities at Townsend Analytics, a leading provider of market data and direct access trading software and a subsidiary of Lehman Brothers. In this position, he was responsible for the strategic and global operation of Townsend’s data center facilities, data center operations and operational quality of a high volume and distributed production environment.

Before that, Mr. Jahani served as Executive Vice President of IT Operations at SunGard Trading Systems. There he was responsible for Information Systems/Information Technology and production operation, including the continuous development and planning of SunGard’s production network, network security, telecommunication, ASP and data centers. Prior to that, he served as CIO at SunGard Data Systems in Stockholm, Sweden.

His work experience also includes IT positions at CAP Gemini, Swedish Telecom and Crosfield Electronics. Saro Jahani has a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with concentration on Computer Operations from University of Uppsala, Sweden. Mr. Kennedy has over 24 years of experience in the financial industry with more than six years within the equity markets. He joined Thomson Reuters from virt-x Exchange Ltd, where he served as Senior Manager of Strategic Business Development and Head of Trading Connectivity.  As Head of Trading Connectivity for TradePoint, Mr. Kennedy was part of a project team that launched the two first pan-European blue chip cross-border exchanges that became virt-x.

Previously, Mr. Kennedy worked at Bankers Trust Company Ltd in London and Australia where he coordinated the IT infrastructure upgrade for the Euro currency worldwide, and significantly enhanced the firm’s in-house market data distribution platform. He began his career as a systems developer for PONT Data in England and Australia.

Greg Malatestinic is a software architect with 15 years experience in the financial markets as a developer of order routing networks and execution/order management systems. As a senior software engineer at Jordan & Jordan, he draws upon his experience to assist clients in translating their business needs into product specifications, assists in the design and development of new products and services, and performs technical assessments of electronic trading and market data infrastructures.

Prior to joining J&J, Greg spent several years at Reuters, where he focused on electronic trading and connectivity, serving as a senior architect and as liaison between business owners and development staff. Prior to Reuters, Greg was a software developer at Bridge Information Systems in their transactions group where he designed and built an institutional order management system and a FIX routing hub that became the foundation of their broker-dealer network.

Greg is co-chair of the FPL Algorithmic Trading Working Group and has been a leader in the creation of FIXatdl, an extensible markup language used to define graphical and electronic interfaces of advanced order types. He holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics from McGill University and a M.S. in Computer Science from University of Delaware.

Since he retired from the U.S. Air Force and joined the ARL, he has been supporting the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) in Washington, DC. He is engaged in creating and applying new information technologies for the Department of Defense (DoD) and intelligence community. One primary thrust is the development of capabilities for extending high performance computing and storage securely across global networks.

Recently he worked to help architect the Large Data infrastructure leveraging a number of high performance computing technologies including InfiniBand wide area networking technologies originated at NRL. The Large Data effort was awarded 2009 Joint Capability Technology Demonstration of the year.

John started with IBM Watson Research in 1982 after receiving his PhD in physics from the University of Maryland. During that time he’s had extensive experience in a broad range of disciplines from the physics of semiconductor materials, computer virus research and Services Oriented Architectures to infrastructures that support advanced economic systems. He has written 70 articles in reviewed scientific journals and holds patents in the areas of device processing, computer virus detection, Web services, and economic systems.

He was a Technical Director and Chief Technologist since September 2001 and gained a tremendous amount of business and financial knowledge in addition to his solid base of technology and management skills. He has experience in dealing with customers at every level of management and in every geography both in the HPC world as well as the enterprise data centre.

Phil’s current technical knowledge encompasses facilities architecture and analysis, cooling and airflow, HPC/grid, Cloud Computing and virtualization, data centre efficiency and overall cost savings and reduction of the carbon footprint. Prior to that he was the Chief Technologist for Systems for 3.5 years, with an overall goal of achieving $3B in product revenues for Sun across six different teams. Additionally Phil was the CT for Storage for several years, helping Sun move from $100M/year up to $500M/year in revenues.

He also has a strong basis in BC/DR, ITIL, operational efficiencies, ERP (SAP, Oracle Apps, etc), application and IT modernization and performance management, and also is a “green belt” in the Six Sigma process methodology.

After graduating from Eastern Washington University with a B.S. in Computer Science (1985), Alan worked at the Idaho National Engineering Laboratory (INEL) and studied for his Masters in Computer Science at the University of Idaho. In 1987 he played a key role in setting up INEL¹s first Cray supercomputer and later it’s first Internet connection (NSFnet/Westnet). Alan has been working with the NASA Advanced Supercomputing (NAS) division at NASA Ames Research Center (ARC) since 1992 and has been very involved with the evolution of the facility’s supercomputing center. As the HPC Technical Director one of his major accomplishments was leading a team through the installation of Project Columbia (20 single system image nodes with 512 CPUs each for a total of 10,240 Intel Itanium 2 CPUs) in 2004. The current HPC system at NAS, Pleiades, ranks 6th on the top 500 (June 2010) and is the world¹s largest IB Linux cluster with over 45 miles of IB cabling, consisting of double data rate, quad data rate and hybrid cables. As of May 2010 he is the Lead HPC Architect for CSC supporting NOAA in their HPC infrastructure build out with their next big system deployment in West Virginia.

He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Ethernet Alliance, as well as chairing its Carrier Ethernet subcommittee. As a co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at StreamBase, Richard provides technical leadership for the company and leads architecture design for StreamBase’s Event Processing Platform. Richard is also responsible for furthering new StreamBase capabilities such as StreamBase’s ‘white-box’ application frameworks, for example, the Smart Order Routing Framework.

As CTO, Richard directs the next-generation of StreamSQL, the event programming language developed by Richard and the StreamBase team, which applies the benefits of SQL for stored data to real-time transitory data.

Richard is an active blogger and writer, and frequently represents StreamBase at leading technology events such as SIGMOD, VLDB, and DEBS. Richard is also the StreamBase representative at EPTS, a Complex Event Processing industry group of which StreamBase is a founding member. In addition, Richard proactively works with multiple vendors, including Oracle, to further advance the cause of CEP and CEP standards.

Richard earned both his BS in Computer Science and Engineering, and Masters of Engineering Degrees at MIT. He completed his graduate research under the direction of Dr. Mike Stonebraker, StreamBase’s founder.

With a built in high resolution hardware based time stamping capability, TipOff is leading the charge into high resolution passive latency monitoring of direct exchange feed and transaction infrastructures.

Prior to founding TS-Associates in 1999, Henry was a roving industry consultant splitting his time between London and New York with engagements for a variety of banks and exchanges. Henry led the team at MSB Consultants that, in the mid 90s, developed the RT Emulator – a product that delivered Reuters Terminal functionality integrated with six of the then available market data platforms.

Henry holds an MSc in Computing from Imperial College and a BSc in Physics & Electronics from Edinburgh University.
