Angela Wilbraham is the founder and CEO of A-Team Group, which she started in 2001. She has driven growth in the business over the past 10 years with a hands-on approach of continually adapting to the changing media landscape.
Back in the day, she started with consulting and a revolutionary PDF-based newsletter, but things change and she has since helped steer A-Team Group through various stages to our now market leading provision of online communities, marketing services for vendors, and industry events across the financial technology industry.
Angela has spent years analysing trends and business developments and has a real passion for the financial information technology industry. She has been looked to as a source of analysis on the industry by top international publications, including The New York Times, The Independent, Forbes Magazine, and Crain’s Business News, as well as trade publications.
Before forming A-Team Group, she was a senior editor at Waters Information Services (now Incisive Media) based in New York and then London.
In her spare time, Angela is on the board of trustees for Hampshire-based Valley Leisure, as well as numerous local committees. She has recently channelled her passion for the media business and all things local into new community site Inspired Community www.inspiredcommunity.co.uk
