Agency broker Instinet’s new Newport 3 execution management system (EMS) draws upon what the agency broker calls its “third generation” front-end trading technology paired with the same underlying core technology that drives Instinet’s various global alternative trading system (ATS) matching engines. Newport 3 is a broker-neutral EMS that offers access to 80+ execution venues plus trading algorithms from third parties as well as Instinet’s own Execution Experts algorithmic offerings.
