OptionsCity has introduced the OptionsCity which it says is able to execute complex strategies without the need to write scripts. OptionsCity is a certified ISV on the CBOT and CME and is in the process of connecting to the CBOE and all the major US electronic derivative exchanges, it says.

Interdealer broker R.P. Martin has developed a transaction affirmation and confirmation capability, with help from U.K.-based data integration and STP vendor ASPone, that allows voice brokers to enjoy the same STP benefits as those using purely electronic trading systems. The system forms part of Reuters’ new Trade Notification System (RTNS), and seeks to supersede Direct Deal Notification (DDN) and similar networks as the preferred trade-affirmation/confirmation system for brokers and their clients in the global OTC markets.
