IBM To Acquire Ilog For $340 Million »

IBM will pay around $340 million to acquire business rules management specialist Ilog, and will integrate it into its WebSphere product line. The deal is subject to formal Ilog board approval as well as regulatory go-ahead in the USA and Europe.
