Danny Moore stepped up to become CEO of Wombat Financial Software on January 1, succeeding Wombat founder Ron Verstappen, who remains chairman and will leave the company once its acquisition by NYSE Euronext closes, probably in the second quarter. Moore was previously COO of Wombat, which he joined in 2004 from Kx Systems.
